How Do I Reset My Password?

If you are already logged in to your profile, you may reset your password by following the steps below:

  1. Select the "⚙" icon next to the "Edit Profile" button on your profile page
  2. Select the "Reset Password" under Account information (please note your password must contain at least 6 characters and include alphanumeric values) 
  3. You will be emailed a link to reset your password

If you've forgotten your password and cannot log in to your profile, please follow these steps instead:

  1. On the welcome screen, tap "LOG IN" 
  2. Under the "Password" field select the
  3. You will be prompted to enter your email address on file and then reset your password (please note your password must contain at least 6 characters and include alphanumeric values)
